The action-packed crime thriller stars Keanu Reeves as the title character, alongside Donnie Yen, Bill Skarsgård, Laurence Fishburne, Hiroyuki Sanada, Shamier Anderson, Lance Reddick, Rina Sawayama, Scott Adkins, Clancy Brown, Natalia Tena, Marko Zaror, and Ian McShane. The movie was slated to be released in 2021, and the production work had also been completed by then, but due to the pandemic, it eventually got delayed. The movie was released worldwide on 24-Feb-2023 and has received accolades from the critics already. As per the john wick 4 review, It is a direct sequel to its predecessor John Wick 3 – Parabellum and is supposed to be the longest movie of the franchise.
Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee, and Stahelski are producing the film, with Reeves and Louise Rosner serving as executive producers. The movie is distributed by Lionsgate and produced by Thunder Road Pictures and 87North Productions.

The movie has all the ingredients of a compact action thriller ready to hook the audience to their seats. Keanu Reeves has been at his true best and carries out the mission of uplifting the movie almost single-handedly. The unexpected surprises do add to the thrill factor of the movie and overall it’s a must-watch, at least once. The director has left no stone unturned and the sequence in which the happenings of the movie unfold, do deserve an applause.
