Selection Process of Research Assistant for IIT Palakkad recruitment 2023
The hiring is on a contractual basis with a duration of up to 5 months. Shortlisted candidates will go through a Personal Interview round. The final merit list for the selection will be prepared based on the candidate’s performance in the interview and will be a part of the Project, “Mechanistic investigation on CO2 activation”, funded by the Government of India.
Eligibility Requirements
- Candidates should have secured pass marks in Sc. in Chemistry/ General Chemistry/ Physical Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Inorganic Chemistry/ Chemical Science/ Polymer Chemistry from a recognized University.
- Candidates having integrated M.Sc or BS-MS in chemistry can also apply.
- Candidates should not be more than 31 years of age.
- Applications that reach the office by email on or before 16-Feb-23 will be the only ones considered for IIT Palakkad recruitment 2023.

- The subject of the application e-mail should be “Application for the Research Assistant position”.
- The CV should highlight the CGPA in UG and PG. Prior working experience or internships or final year Masters project in Computational Chemistry/ Theoretical chemistry/ Catalysis/ Organic chemistry should be highlighted in the application.
- Candidates shortlisted for the interview shall be intimated by email. The candidate is expected to join immediately after receiving the offer letter.
